This publication is the first of a series of books documenting the life of the ECAL Film Department. It presents the students’ films and focuses on the rich life of the school by presenting workshops, masterclasses, and theoretical projects; giving the floor to students, professors and special guests.

The two main challenges of this project were to organise the extremely rich and varied content in a comprehensive and interesting way and to define a graphic line that could work as a series of several issues.
